Like the other houses, its name derives from its old owner too!
It is divided in two different flats(it’s also possible to link them).The
flat is at the first floor of the ancient Abbey of Anghiari in Via
del Castello antico.
CASATONINO-FIRST FLOOR: it is composed of a wide living room
with a cooking area(electric plates, kitchen sink, refrigerator);lounge
corner(with a sofa bed)and two wonderful windows, which give onto
the southern side of the Tiber valley; the atmosphere is exclusive
and pleasant thanks to the fireplace(working and usable) that will
make you spend evenings of an ancient taste, just sitting at the
fireside. The colours are ochre and there is a wooden-beam ceiling. The bedroom has also got a window giving onto the southern side
of the “Piana”(the “Plain”).
The old rose-coloured bathroom is provided with a
hydromassagebath. The house can lodge up to four persons with the use of its sofa
bed.
CASA TONINO-SECOND FLOOR: the kitchen is also habitable
and provided with electric plates, refrigerator, kitchen
sink; the characteristic windows give onto Via del Castello
antico.
The little sitting room is provided with a sofa bed in
order to lodge a third person. This house has also got a wooden-beam ceiling and a
Tuscan-style brick floor. Even from this bedroom you will enjoy the marvellous
view on the valley. The almost peach-coloured walls are very highlighting
with the sunlight. The bathroom is provided with all inclusive services and
confort (hairdryer, universal socket …and so on); the
colours are blue and sea-green.
