- EVENTS in our small town:
- MEMORANDUM BOOKS: every second Sunday of the month (all year
long) antique exhibitions and market, modern antiques, take
place in Brancaccio square.
- APRIL/MAY
- Theatre Season : the program of the Communal Theatre of the
Ricomposti
- From 22nd April to 1st May
- 31° HANDICRAFT MARKET EXHIBITION of THE TIBER VALLEY IN
TUSCANY: In the exhibition it is possible to find and buy every
kind of handicrafts and fabrics.
- Every year a different country as guest. It takes place
through the streets of the town centre
- JUNE
- On 29th June 2006 : the Competition of the Victory (il Palio
della Vittoria) since 1441: it will be as looking back on the
Battle of Anghiari by a parade in medieval costume; and the
Competition will round off the evening.
- JULY
- our guest is “The Southbank Sinfonia”of London. Classic
music and opera throughout the streets.
- Festival of the Associations in Anghiari: there will be
sport, music and dancing all day long!
- AUGUST
- CHEQUERED PATTERN TABLECLOTH: in the enchanted atmosphere of
the Poggiolino (a little square in our small town centre) Tuscan
dinner and open-air performances.
- THE WALK OF THE SMUGGLER: going along the paths , which the
smugglers and bandits were used to take at the end of 19th –
first 20th century.
- OCTOBER
- HUNDREDTASTES of the Appennines: gastronomic stand, tastes,
thematic dinners along the streets of our small town.
- NOVEMBER
- -Festival of the Bringoli of Saint Martin: we organize
Bringoli dinners (a tipical kind of local pasta) and many
performances and shows.
- DECEMBER
- -Procession of the Madonna di Loreto: a charming , a full of
atmosphere Procession through the small town centre with living
settings.
